| Alphanon Consultants was established in 1994 by a
group of addictions professionals to further develop the concept of
treatment alternatives for people who would otherwise be left to their
addictions and criminal activity.
Alphanon Consultants have also provided discreet assistance for
senior management in dealing with sensitive issues that impact on the
administration and reputation of business. Our professionals will
provide support and referral germane to the need and location of
individuals with minimal disruption of functionality, professional and
personal regimen.

| As the past chair of the HRNet and a two term elected
member of the steering committee we have been involved in the
development of policies for start up companies in the high tech
industry both here in the Waterloo Region as well as in the US and
Europe. We have been part of the team who met with and successfully
advocated for the modification of ESA legislation to accommodate high
tech industry needs to internationally compete. The Human
